Processing of personal data
The controller of personal data is Ekstrem d.o.o., which acts in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. This policy applies to all visitors to the website, newsletter subscribers, participants of the S Klanca v Klanc event and purchasers of our products. By registering for an event, newsletter or other form of participation, you give your consent to the processing of your personal data. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
The processing of personal data is based on:

- contractual relationship
- the legitimate interest of the organiser or
- legal obligations.
Data collection and use
We collect personal data solely for the purposes for which it was provided and do not use it for other purposes. If you do not provide us with the necessary information, we will not be able to provide you with certain services.
The data we collect:
- To register for the event: first name, last name, gender, year of birth, address, email, phone, payment details
- For purchases: information needed to complete the order
- For free insurance: name and surname, e-mail, phone
After the event, the name, surname and year of birth of the participant shall be published on the organiser's website and on the timekeeper's website, if required by the event rules.
Entry fee transfer and refund policy
No refund or cancellation of the entry fee is possible. The entry fee can only be transferred to another person with the prior agreement of the organiser.
Cookies - by agreeing to the use of cookies, you allow us to analyse your interactions on the website
(traffic sources, pages viewed, content downloaded, duration of visit, etc.).
To prove consent, we may also store information about the IP address, the time of consent and
the address of the website where the consent was given.
Retention of personal data
Data is stored:
- until the consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn,
- until the end of the contractual relationship, or
- in accordance with the statutory archiving deadlines.
After unsubscribing, we will no longer use your data to inform you unless there is another legal basis.
Transmission of data to third parties
We will not pass on your personal data to third parties, except to selected contractual partners who are committed to data protection. Measurements at the event are carried out by an external organisation, which is responsible for publishing the results.

Under applicable law, you have the right to:

- correction of inaccurate data,
- erasure (right to be forgotten),
- processing restrictions,
- data transmission,
- withdrawal of consent,
- lodging a complaint with the supervisory authority.

official address.
If we cannot reliably confirm your identity, we may refuse the request.
Final provisions
This Privacy Policy may be amended or supplemented at any time. Your use of the Site following a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
