The insurance is valid on the day of the "Pogi challenge" competition, which will take place on August 2, 2026. The insurance is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Collective Accident Insurance for Persons 01-KNZ-01/22 and the Special Terms and Conditions for Accident Insurance for Participants in Recreational Sports Games, Recreational Sports, and Courses 02-UŠR-01/23. This consent is given because I want to be well informed about insurance products and therefore I want to receive offers that are tailored as much as possible to my needs and characteristics. To this end, I give my consent to GENERALI zavarovalnica d.d. to inform me by telephone, ordinary mail and e-mail, until revocation, of offers, news and benefits, news, prize draws and events which it considers to be of interest to me on the basis of my identified characteristics, interests, tastes, habits and behaviour (profile).

The insurance company will create the profile using statistical methods based on data it has obtained or will obtain in the course of its activities, including: all data from concluded insurance contracts, annexes and additions to these contracts, including data from surveys, forms for determining needs and requirements, data on damages and other data obtained during the insurance company's operations, data from prize games, surveys, and other events (co-)organized by GENERALI zavarovalnica d.d., and data generated during my use of social networks, websites, and applications of GENERALI zavarovalnica d.d. (including cookies and geolocation data).
